Show notes: Absolutely honoured and thrilled to have Mike, Andy and Paul of the Attack of the 50ft Nerds podcast, a podcast which I hold dear to my heart, here at Lexicon Towers to discuss The War of the Worlds. Really glad Paul was here to fill me in on a myriad of Jeff Wayne facts which I never knew.

The War of the Worlds is not really known in the States, but it's a staple of your dads record collection here in the UK. For those not in the know, I'll provide you The Eve of the War:

"Vinyl copy of the original album, the 7" remix by Ben Liebrand, a tape of the Orson Welles broadcast that was cover mounted on Empire magazine and a book that includes a CD of the Orson Welles broadcast, the original novel and factual information including mentions of the Chilean radio version and one performed in Ecuador in 1949."
